From the time Allan came into the Teen Challenge program, the direction his life has taken has been a dramatic change for the better. Allan embraced divine guidance in his life, which has ultimately culminated in his role as the Chief Operations Officer. He serves as a powerful example of transformation for the men he leads, embodying leadership qualities and demonstrating his commitment as a true man of faith.

Randi has experienced back-to-back miracles while being a part of Teen Challenge and has seen God’s promises come to fruition. She currently serves as the Director of Admissions and is committed to long-term employment at Teen Challenge, knowing she is making a difference. Randi is also a devoted mother and wife, filled with hope that God will continue to guide and utilize her.
