Teen Challenge NorWestCal Nevada is a non-profit organization that puts recovery within reach for those who need it most. With an experienced leadership team and a unique approach to recovery, Teen Challenge is highly effective and successful.
Life-controlling issues affect all areas of life. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive, residential program that incorporates mentoring, education, life skills, family reunification, and community outreach.
Our aim is for those in our program to experience healing and long-term recovery, leading to a meaningful life and the creation of new legacies.

About Us
Our Mission & Vision
Our mission is to provide successful recovery for men, women, teens, children, and families with destructive, abusive, and addictive lifestyles through mentoring, education, training, and spiritual direction.
Our Approach
The length of our program is one reason our students avoid relapse - it gives the necessary time to heal without negative influence, such as drugs, as well as emotionally and spiritually change. During the 12-18 months life skills are also gained.
Our Centers
Teen Challenge NorWestCal Nevada has ten residential recovery centers welcoming men, women, teens, children, and families. The family center is unique, for the whole family to reunite and recover.
Our Team
The students and their needs are the focus of our leadership team. With practical experience and advanced education, the team works together to ensure students’ needs are met.
Our Outreaches
Through each of our centers and our outreaches, we partner with local community groups to help those who are facing addiction, substance abuse, and trauma.
Our History
